To ensure perfect alignment, all pieces are hand-cut (i.e., cut piece by piece), resulting in extremely high labor costs, all to perfectly replicate the original effect! Features include an invisible zipper lining, custom-made hood drawstring rubber, and separately molded drawstring hardware. Hem and cuff hardware are also separately molded and custom-made. The garment is bar-stamped throughout. These small details directly differentiate it from off-the-shelf versions on the market! Alignment is crucial: body seam, sleeves, shoulder seams (front, back, left, right), collar, and cuffs. The fabric cannot have excessive weft skew, and seams need adjustment to ensure perfect alignment.
