Fabric Selection: Made with a high-density woven fabric of 100% polyester fiber. Its inherent high strength, wrinkle resistance, and quick-drying properties, combined with the high-density weave, increase durability and windproofness, while also providing excellent breathability and a finely textured surface. These fabric characteristics result in a crisper appearance, richer color, and enhanced texture.

Fabric Selection: Made with 100% nylon fiber, renowned for its excellent abrasion resistance, soft touch, and relatively good elasticity. Its relatively lightweight construction makes the overall garment lighter and prevents added burden due to the reversible design.

Craftsmanship: Precise fabric cutting is achieved using positioning cutting equipment. Optical and mechanical positioning enhance overall quality, ensuring that every piece meets high standards of alignment and pattern matching. During sewing, the craftsmen constantly ensure that each piece of fabric is aligned after being joined, which significantly increases the processing time.

Process: A CAD pattern-making system is used to pre-define the physical embroidery area and the laser area. A high-precision, near-needle-stitch horse embroidery is then created using an embroidery machine at a rpm needle speed. Laser cutting is then used to precisely remove the base fabric from the embroidery edges, achieving a laser precision of ±.mm, resulting in a smooth, burr-free embroidery.
