Made with custom-woven and dyed check fabric, featuring extensive matching and stitching throughout, resulting in significant fabric waste. The fabric used per garment is approximately [size missing]. Compared to the older small check jacket, the new twill large check pattern suffers waste calculated per piece. To ensure perfect alignment, all pieces are hand-cut (one piece at a time), incurring extremely high labor costs, all to perfectly replicate the original effect! Features include an invisible zipper lining, custom-made hood drawstring rubber, and separately molded drawstring hardware. Hem and cuff hardware are also custom-made using separate molds. The entire garment is bar-stamped.
