Cut using an infrared positioning cutting bed, the entire garment is cut piece by piece, with seamless stitching and multiple layers of complex stitching. The pattern was difficult to control, requiring repeated pattern making and adjustments. Fine needles were used for sewing, edge finishing, stitching, and flat sewing, achieving a high-density stitch density of one inch per line. The production cycle took six months. The pineapple embroidery on the front replicates the original design, with high-density three-dimensional embroidery and W-stitch. The back features embroidered patches using flat sewing. The hem has a tapered design, creating a flat-leg silhouette. Loose fit, original custom-made hardware zipper, and custom-dyed hood drawstring.
