Due to the zipper structure, the front panel is cut separately, requiring printing on both left and right panels with ±.mm precision for alignment, ensuring a seamless pattern when the zipper is closed. Multiple layers of adhesive are applied to achieve gradient or three-dimensional effects. Pre-baking is required to prevent color bleeding, with each color cured at hour intervals.
