Made with the same wool blend and custom-dyed cashmere yarn as the original. Yarn composition: % cashmere, % cotton, % nylon. The addition of nylon makes the garment feel delicate and structured.

The production process of this knitted sweater is extremely complex. After the yarn is prepared, the first step is to untangle it on a napping machine. The second step involves adding a special solution to wash the yarn and remove surface impurities. The third step involves making small pieces, which workers then stitch together one thread at a time on a stitching machine. The fourth step involves washing the finished garment to fix the shape and improve the feel. Finally, it is ironed and packaged for shipment.

This style uses a different stitching method than ordinary sweaters; it employs a reverse stitching process, which is extremely demanding on the worker’s skill.

This garment has a very slow machine processing time, using an imported STOLL machine. Each garment takes up to 10 minutes, and only 10 pieces can be produced per day (1 hour). Large-size pieces weigh up to 100g. Slow and meticulous work yields fine results. The heart-shaped design on the chest uses an intarsia technique, requiring multiple pattern making and adjustments to achieve the original effect. This requires exceptional skill from the craftsmen and high-quality weaving machinery.

To ensure the button material and size match the original, we disassembled the original pattern, used it to create a mold, and custom-made horn buttons with engraved logos, achieving a high degree of fidelity to the original.

Custom-made washing labels identical to the original, using special materials, and size labels on both sides—no detail is overlooked.
