As Arc’teryx’s latest down jacket, the Atom SV Hoody is a classic Arc’teryx creation!
The thickest Atom SV Hoody down jacket. Through years of upgrades to the Atom AR Hoody, the new Atom SV Hoody is a new type of warm down jacket! Warmer and lighter than fleece. Suitable as a liner in extremely cold weather, or worn alone in late autumn and early winter. The fabric is still Gossamera ripstop nylon with a water-repellent coating. The inner layer uses a high-density (%) C-type cotton to ensure warmth and breathability in different parts of the body.
Filling: Uses thicker Coreloft synthetic cotton with a higher fill weight (g/m2), providing even coverage throughout the body, including the sleeves and hood.
Warmth: Suitable for slightly cooler environments (around -℃), emphasizing static warmth and enhanced wind resistance, ideal as an outer layer.
