Original purchase, lining is light washed cotton. Made with custom-woven and dyed quilted fabric, featuring extensive matching and stitching throughout, resulting in significant fabric waste. Compared to the older small quilted jacket, the new large twill quilted jacket suffers waste calculated per piece. To ensure perfect alignment, all pieces are hand-cut (one piece at a time), incurring extremely high labor costs, all to perfectly replicate the original! Features include an invisible zipper lining, custom-made hood drawstring rubber, and separately molded drawstring hardware. Hem and cuff hardware are also separately molded and custom-made. The garment is bar-stamped throughout. These small details directly differentiate it from misaligned versions on the market! Alignment is crucial: body closure, sleeves align with the body, shoulder seams align front to back and left to right, collar and cuffs align, and the fabric cannot have excessive weft skew. Sewing adjustments are necessary to ensure perfect alignment.
