Purchased directly from the original, with full-body heat-pressed lining, ensuring a crisp and sturdy fit, perfectly replicating the original. Made with custom-woven and dyed check fabric, the jacket undergoes extensive matching and stitching, resulting in significant fabric waste. The fabric used per garment is approximately [size missing]. Compared to the older small check jacket, which suffered more wear and tear, the new large check pattern’s matching waste is calculated per piece. To ensure perfect alignment, all pieces are hand-cut (one piece at a time), resulting in extremely high labor costs, all to perfectly replicate the original effect! Features include an invisible zipper lining, custom-made hood drawstring rubber, and separately molded drawstring hardware. Hem and cuff hardware are also separately molded and custom-made. The entire garment is bar-stamped.
Small details directly differentiate this jacket from misaligned versions on the market! The body seam is perfectly aligned, the sleeves are aligned with the body, the shoulder seams are aligned front to back and left to right, and the collar and cuffs are aligned. The fabric cannot have excessive weft skew, and the seams need adjustment to ensure perfect alignment.
