We use imported hot silicone templates, whose biggest advantage is its excellent environmental friendliness and superior quality, making it popular with the public. This series includes both hoodies and trousers; matching outfits are both stylish and sophisticated!
First, the key points:
The correct version features a complete upgrade in all accessories, fabrics, and prints compared to the previous season. Adjustments to colors and patterns, as well as custom weaving and dyeing of the fabric, required significant time and effort for repeated research. It took more time, but the results are truly excellent.
Regarding the fabric: We purchased the original product (ZP) and customized it with a 10% cotton + 10% polyester fiber for both the top and bottom. The surface is cleaner and firmer, with a stiffer feel. All dyes used are reactive dyes, ensuring no fading or color difference. After washing, the fabric will not shrink or deform. Customizing the fabric alone took half a month! Note!!! The fabric is breathable (by the way, FOG never makes terry cloth liners; they’re all self-adhesive).
Regarding the craftsmanship: The print is a 3D silicone lettering heat transfer print, laser-cut into a single piece. The silicone material is imported environmentally friendly adhesive with a matte finish. Bright colors on the market are incorrect versions. Also, the print size differs between S, M, L, and XL by a few centimeters. High-temperature heat pressing ensures the print won’t fade or peel off after washing. The sleeves have a reflective lettering film.
Accessories: A key feature this season. The neckline and collar are made of fabric with silicone labels and 3D lettering. The size tags are made of laser-cut transparent TPU material!
