Regarding the fabric: Last year used ordinary combed cotton; this year, all fabrics are lint-free combed cotton, treated with a softening process, and have a higher weight, resulting in a more substantial texture. There’s no need to worry about shrinkage or fading. Every color is high-temperature dyed (compared to the original), with no color difference. All colors undergo pre-shrinking after washing. The ribbing uses double-strand non-elastic ribbing, making it less prone to deformation. Many lower-quality versions tear at the neckline after just one wash.

Regarding the process: The print uses 3D silicone lettering film heat transfer printing, laser-cut in one piece. The silicone material is imported environmentally friendly adhesive. The elephant gray color uses a custom-made silicone material that matches the fabric color. The black color is matte black with a matte finish. Making it a glossy color is incorrect! Many people overlook this detail: the high-temperature heat pressing prevents it from fading after washing. The material is the same as last year’s silicone version, except this year it has two rows of letters printed on the back.

Accessories: The back label is made of silicone; the color is different from last year’s gray, this year it’s black and semi-transparent under light, not a solid color!! The neck label is a woven fabric label, sized, and finally heat-pressed with silicone. The color is custom-made. The size label is made of TPU transparent material, laser-cut, with silicone printed on the surface. Each label requires dozens of printings! The wash label is made of satin!
