Original purchase, custom-made 100% cotton plaid fabric, available in military green, orange, navy blue, and apricot, each color custom-dyed. Classic red and green ribbon embellishment at the collar. Cut using an infrared positioning cutting bed, the entire garment is cut piece by piece with seamless stitching and multiple layers of complex stitching. The pattern was difficult to control, requiring repeated pattern making and adjustments. Fine needles were used for sewing, including edge finishing, seaming, and flat sewing. Each line achieved a high-density stitch density of one inch. The production cycle took six months. The pineapple embroidery on the front replicates the original design, with high-density three-dimensional embroidery and W-stitch. The back features embroidered patches using flat sewing. The hem has a tapered design, creating a flattering silhouette. Loose fit, original custom-made hardware zipper, and custom-dyed hood drawstring.
