The production process of this knitted sweater is extremely complex. First, the yarn needs to be unpilled on a napping machine. Second, a special solution is added to wash the yarn and remove surface impurities. Third, after being made into small pieces, workers need to use a stitching machine to stitch each thread individually. Fourth, after the garment is finished, it needs to be washed to fix the shape and improve the feel. Finally, it is ironed and packaged for shipment.
This garment has a very slow machine processing time, using an imported STOLL machine. Each garment takes up to 1 minute, and 1 hour a day, producing only 10 pieces. Each finished piece weighs 100g. Slow and meticulous work yields fine results.
The embroidered area on the chest uses appliqué embroidery, with a custom-made die-cut logo shape. The embroidery workers meticulously place each piece meticulously, aligning it precisely with the original design – a true work of art.
To ensure the button material and size match the original, we disassembled the original, used it to create a mold, and custom-made the horn buttons for a highly accurate reproduction.
Custom-made washing labels, size tags, and multiple wash labels ensure a high degree of accuracy and replication, matching the original.
